Dan Evensen and
Lorraine Sannn

Dan has owned and operated restaurants in Baltimore and Key West over the past 30 years.
Lorraine was Steve’s first employee in the carpet business, Lorraine is the financial wizard behind the carpet & flooring empire and she is continuing in a key role for BCC.

Steve Olert

Baltimore, MD

Steve started a furniture refinishing business while still in high school. He then started Carpet & Wood Floor Liquidators in a small storefront in Baltimore in 1991. Upon retirement, sales were $35+ Million per year.

Michael Olert

Charlotte, NC

Michael retired in 2015 after a 36 year career as a sales executive with Procter & Gamble. Graduated with a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales in 2016. Studied at the Alain Ducasse Culinary School in Paris.

Karen Olert

Charlotte, NC

Karen retired in 2015 - CPA with Price Waterhouse. Financial Manager with Interstate Johnson Lane Wachovia and Aldersgate Retirement Community.
